As a first step, we suggest that we schedule a time to meet with you, so that we can provide you with a full school tour, discuss the Montessori approach and your child’s individual needs
- Classroom observation
Following our initial meeting, we invite you, (based on your preferred date and time) to observe the Montessori environment you are interested in. A Montessori class is something one has to see, in order to believe it!
- Admissions application form
If you decide that the Montessori Community School is the right fit for your child’s education and the best option for your family, you may fill out an application for admission at the school and the school’s administrator will inform you of the next steps.
- Meet the teachers, and the school environment
Once enrolled, we arrange, at a mutually convenient time, for you to visit the school together with your child, in order for the child to meet with his or her teachers and the new school setting.
Before the child starts school we organize a transition program that will help the child smoothly adjust and feel comfortable in his new class setting. The transition program requires the participation of one of the parents.
